CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointments are very important! It is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request 24 hours notice for cancellations. Clients with late-cancellations will lose their booking fee and/or be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. No showing for an appointment will lose the booking fee and/or be charged 100% of the appointment. Appointments are required and we encourage you to pre-book your next appointment upon checkout.
